Lindsay David

Lindsay C. David is a partner in the Southern California offices of Gordon & Rees. Ms. David represents businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small institutional clients in employment and labor disputes.

 

Ms. David works extensively in wage-hour class action litigation, collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and representative wage-hour litigation under the Private Attorneys General Act from case inception through appeal. Additionally, Ms. David represents businesses in all types of employment litigation arising under state and federal law.

 

In addition to California’s state court, Ms. David is admitted to the Southern District Federal Court, the Central District Federal Court, the Northern District Federal Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
